Nessie Joma 2.0 is the ideal solution for the management of incoming or existing jobs / work orders.
You can enter new jobs / work orders with just a few clicks.
With Nessie Joma 2.0 paperwork will be reduced to minimum.
The following menu items are only available if you are signed in!

open up a new job (work order)
list jobs (all, ongoing, completed) selectable as well as sorted by customer
search jobs
How to open new jobs in Nessie Joma 2.0:
click on "new" from the Jobs navigation
choose the customer from the drop down selection
enter order number, if none TBA will be entered automatically
order and due date are already predefined but can be altered
next step is plant name
enter the location
activate the checkbox if it's a quoted job
enter the job description
select requested service person
drop down selections for up to 4 service persons, expandle o r
next selection is job status
enter estimated hours for this job
click "save Job", an automatically generated email is sent to your service person
How to alter an existing job
choose "List all" from the Jobs menu
click on the job you want to edit
all entered data can be altered
than click "save job" again
How to search for jobs
click "Search" from the Jobs navigation
you can enter the job number,
select plant / installation name,
enter the description
or search by customer
