Nessie Joma 2.0 how to add clients and staff or to set user rights for clients, staff and users

Nessie Joma 2.0 administrator part, where everything starts.

To make use of Nessie Joma 2.0 we start with the input of customers.

Step 2 is to enter employees.

Now we assign different rights to customers and employees, which are editable anytime.

Submenu list contains the overview tables of customers, employees and users.

For easy editing all entries are hyperlinked.

How to use the administrator functions in Nessie Joma 2.0:

click on "Clients"

enter company name and company shortname,

enter no and street,

enter city and postcode

select state

enter contact person

contact persons email

now we need the email addresses for service report approval

you can enter up to 3 email addresses

now click on "insert" client

How to insert service persons:

click on "Staff"

enter first name and last name

enter Initials

select level

enter date of birth

enter start date

you can enter salary

enter email address

click on button "insert new member"

How to set user rights:

click "User Rights"

all users are displayed

tick the checkboxes for the rights

click on "submit"
